86 units of affordable housing and apartments in 9 blocks . Delivered and erected in stages over approximately 6 months all within the required programme.

Thermal Efficiency

Thermal efficiency and sound insulation were important for this project. The project achieved a U-value of 0.27 W/m²K.

Successful Project

This project of 21 units had a lead time of 8 weeks. We were on site for a period of 5 weeks.

A U value of 0.30 W/m²K though the external walls and 0.20 W/m²K though the roof was achieved.

Successful Project

The project was the clients first in timber frame, now they wont use anything else. They were very impressed with the lack of defects. The design included large roof spaces to increase the living area.
