86 units of affordable housing and apartments in 9 blocks . Delivered and erected in stages over approximately 6 months all within the required programme.

Thermal Efficiency

Thermal efficiency and sound insulation were important for this project. The project achieved a U-value of 0.27 W/m2K.

Successful Project

"All projects have been delivered on or ahead of programme with the Coventry project requiring acceleration due to our client requirements, due to HC requirements. The procurement process was prompt and very effective in respect achieving the necessary budget requirements , U Values and hitting the stringent targets in respect of Eco Homes, Code, and sustainability."

Size and Timescale

This project of 21 units had a lead time of 8 weeks. We were on site for a period of 5 weeks.

Thermal Efficiency

A U value of 0.30 W/m2K though the external walls and 0.20 W/m2K though the roof was achieved.

Successful Project

The project was the clients first in timber frame, now they wont use anything else. They were very impressed with the lack of defects. The design included large roof spaces to increase the living area.
