Timescale and Cost

Approx £13,500.00 supply & erect. The erection period took 2 weeks, per plot.

Thermal Efficiency

This was a project that ticked all the right boxes. For example the contractor insured the timber frame was wrapped in the higher spec breather paper and allowed for air tightness previsions during the erection stage to improve performance on completion.

Successful Project

A superior 4 bedroom luxury house, with 2 en-suits. This project was easily affordable as the design was kept to a standard straight lined concept. Keeping the footprint simple allowed the contractor to concentrate on using high spec internal finishes whilst still remaining within budget.

Timescale and Cost

Approx £85,000.00 supply & erect. The erection period took 4 weeks

Thermal Efficiency

This was very important to the client and was the deciding factor in using our Twin Frame System. Having the ability to achieve 0.11 W/m²K through the external walls and 0.10 W/m²K through the roof, ensure the lifetime costs for the finished project remain low.

Successful Project

This project was far from your normal selfbuild project. Yes it had walls, floors and roof but it also had TF200 Thermo Reflex Paper, Posi Floor Joists, Loose Rafters on Glulam Ridge, Glulam Feature Truss and Loose Rafters on Steel Purlins. Therefore this project included many outstanding features. With all the above and taking into account that the site was split level, we had to be very hands on to navigate the project with numerous visits to site prior to erection to ensure co-ordination.
