As a local Timber Frame company, Frame Wise Ltd based in Presteigne, always likes to support the community. So when the opportunity arose to take over Luctonians Rugby Club for the last home match of the season, they decided to use the chance to put something back.

They started with selling tables to local companies throughout Herefordshire and Mid Wales. Luckily the tables sold well and there were around 140 people there on the day. Frame Wise also auctioned off some great prizes which included a day out at Silverstone, Heineken Cup tickets, a Luctonians shirt signed by Jason Robinson and Bill Beaumont, a Champagne Dinner and lots more. These prizes were kindly donated by Frame Wise Suppliers and local Business. To ensure the best prices were raised, Frame Wise roped in the services of local auctioneer John Amos. With John’s help Frame Wise were able to donate £1,000.00 to Luctonians Rugby Club and a further £1,200.00 to the Midlands Air Ambulance.

The day was a great success and that is thanks to a number of people including the generosity of everyone on the day; Tracy and Simon at Luctonians Rugby Club, John Amos, and everyone that donated and bought the prizes. This is only a few but thanks to everyone that supported Frame Wise to make this a memorable day.
