Two storey Dwelling – Mid Wales

A new two-storey dwelling for a local client. He decided once planning came through he was going ahead even if the winter had set in. This project incorporated our 140mm timber-frame package, but the client decided to go with our high-performance Thermo panel-membrane. Our client also upgraded to Posi-joist floor system and we provided a trussed-rafter with cut-rafter roof structure.

This is a very exposed site within the Welsh hills which provided a particularly challenging build during the early winter months. But with the build period only 1½ weeks this helped other services to push on straight behind us.
